Alu Profil

The raw material, is used to extrude aluminum profile during the extrusion process. The cast rods we used are in different types, such as 6063,6063A,6005,6005A,6060,6061,6082,3003,5052,7072, etc. The diameter of cast rod is from Φ70 to Φ207

Extrusion Mould

The tooling is used to extrude aluminum profile during the extrusion process.

Extrusion

The cast rod will be extruded into the profiles with different sections according to client’s requirement. We have 8 extrusion production lines from 500tons to 2000tons. Our extrusion capacity is from 5mm to 280mm by the width of section of profile. Our annual output capacity is 12000tons

Tempering

The profiles will be tempered in the oven during the tempering process, to make them in different harness so as to meet client’s need

Anodizing/Powder Coating(Optional)

The profiles can be anodized or powder coated in different colors in the anodizing/powder coating process. If we do so, it can not only protect the surface of profile from corrosion well, but also make the profile surface more beautiful
